At BH Conflict Resolution Services, our goal is the peaceful resolution of conflicts of all types. From commercial disputes to divorces, it is our objective to resolve disputes peacefully and equitably.
Our Values
As mediators and facilitators, we pledge to serve our clients on the basis of these core values:
Confidentiality:
We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for our clients. We do not retain, sell, or use information gleaned from our mediation sessions. No details of our clients’ case (except contact information) would be retained.*
Neutrality:
We pledge to approach each case with a neutral mindset, and resolve each conflict independently and without taking side with either party.
Impartiality:
We pledge to assist our clients to resolve their dispute impartially, by only focusing on the facts of that particular case regardless of who the parties are. We pledge not to discriminate.
*For court-ordered mediation services, Confidentiality cannot be broken unless required or permitted by law per rule 10.420(a) of Rules for Certified and Court Appointed Mediators.
Bobby K. Huen, PhD
Dr. Bobby Huen is the founder and Principal Mediator of BHCRS. He has a doctorate in conflict resolution from Nova Southeastern University, and he is an expert in mediation and dispute resolution. In addition to being a certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediator for the Florida Supreme Court, Dr. Huen is also an expert in international relations, cross-cultural dispute resolution, online activism, social movements and international communications.
Originally from Hong Kong, Dr. Huen resides in Fort Lauderdale.
